The project was initiated to replace the existing Electrical Substation that provides power to the tracks. The new substation has been designed to accommodate the required electrical equipment including transformers and switch gear distributed over two floors of approximately 8,500 Sft. each. The Stage I effort included a complete code review and analysis, sustainable design documentation, building design including coordination with PA Engineers and preparation of documents using BIM software to be included in the report.
