Ahuja Partnership Architects is a New York City based medium size MBE firm providing comprehensive services in architecture, planning, and interior design. In our 30 years of practice APA has a gathered a plethora of experience in the design of cultural, educational, healthcare, commercial, hotel and residential buildings. We have successfully completed a wide range of projects from building envelope renovations to master planning to interior design and historic preservation. Ajay Ghei

Partner, brings to APA’s leadership, over 28 years of extensive design, management and construction administration experience on various project types such as envelope rehabilitation, interior design, infrastructure, renovation and expansion. Prior to joining APA, Ajay was the principal of his own Architectural firm in New Delhi, India for ten years designing and managing major projects involving new construction in the institutional, retail, commercial, industrial and high-end residential sectors.

Partner, brings to APA’s leadership more than 35 years of experience in design and management of major projects. He is known among our clients and consultants for having successfully completed various diverse projects for public agencies and private clients involving new buildings, renovation, historic preservation and interior design projects. During his early years he was responsible for design of many high end retail facilities in various cities in the U.S.
