Second Means of Egress Stair Tower at Building 1 - Jacobi Medical Center Bronx, NY

Design and construction of an exterior stair tower to provide a second means of egress to the North wing of Building 1 was part of the Phase 3A Modernization Project for Building 1 which included interior gut renovation of several floors of this building and complete infrastructure upgrade.
