Roof Replacement at Building 1170 Port Newark

This roof replacement project was initiated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey at building 1170 at the New Jersey Marine Terminal due to existing ongoing water infiltration issues the building was facing. Approximately 44,000 SFT. of existing roofing was replaced with a new energy efficient single ply TPO roofing system. The project also involved relocating the existing electronics equipment on the roof so as not to disrupt operations while allowing installation of the new roofing.
